- At least one year staffing experience in a 50 bed capacity hospital
- Experience as an Industrial Nurse in a Manufacturing firm is an advantage

- Experience handling ergonomic assessments
- Utilizing technical knowledge and training assists in the design and execution of employee health and wellness programs
