- Develops, implements and maintains innovative automated applications that significantly expands Program Assurance’s capacity to perform analyses of all financial and operational audit results in order to timely perform root-cause analysis of audit findings and produce assessments of the quality of financial and operational controls and critical audit trends
- Develops, implements and maintains innovative preventative solutions that significantly expands Program Assurance’s capacity to continuously identify and reduce underlying aberrant claim trends prior to becoming audit issues
- Leads projects to ensure the successful implementation of prepayment controls into FEPDirect claims system to ensure the accurate claims’ adjudication consistent with CS1039
- Serves as liaison and SME working directly with the FEP Business Operations Assurance and the FEPOC to ensure business requirements and functional specification are developed for the successful implementation of system enhancements to resolve audit findings
- Performs post-implementation validation of all system control enhancements to ensure Program Assurance audit goals of reducing audit finding are met
- Provides input to establishing annual teams goals and work activities to support the annual budget funding request process
- Provides ongoing CAMT technical support to Resolution team and BCBS Plans throughout the life of all OIG and FEP Audits by resolving CAMT issues that potential hinder Plans response process
