  • Use in-depth business knowledge to lead performance tracking/post-campaign evaluation market research and analysis supporting brands/TAs using both primary research and secondary data analysis across segments
  • Provide project management support (research brief design, questionnaire development, NTA, etc) to Customer Insights Manager for primary market research projects supporting brands/TAs
  • Lead KPI analysis and interpretation (with data reporting assistance from Sales Analyst) to lead performance updates, proactively identifying opportunities/issues linked to key customer segments and strategies, and resulting strategic implications
  • Demonstrated experience in primary market research and secondary data analytics
  • Strong understand of Excel
  • Experience customer or consumer analyst (desirable)
