- Using the SAP operating system, follow up on delivery of assets to all Engine Assembly Programs. This includes On-Time, Backordered, and ANDON condition deliveries to the engine programs
- Follow up Removals from Quality Notification (QN) assignment to delivery back to the OEM. Provide QN delivery tracking information to confirm return of assets to our supplier
- Track and Document the Removals in the Removals Access Database
- Generate the daily QN Update Report from this Database
- Report the above information daily at start of day and end of day teleconferences
- Own and drive UBS offshore client service strategy in alignment with broader UBS Client Service initiatives
- Peer / competitor collaboration/ benchmarking and innovative engagement / sourcing models through sourcing acumen & industry trends
- Broader contribution to O&O community in UBS ( group wide) - O&O expertise, Vendor capabilities & contribution etc
