- Receive requests for pilot vacation, program pilot availability, and then provide recommendations to management regarding feasibility of vacation requests
- With input from management, schedule recurring pilot training and deconflict with international schedule. Ensure pilot training is accomplished in a timely manner and that no pilot exceeds training deadlines
- Responsible for dispatch and flight following for all flight activity. This includes the monitoring of company frequency communications
- Monitor all flight activity through maintaining communication with flight crews with an emphasis on quick response if an emergency presents itself
- When necessary, advises flight crews of unusual circumstances
- Ensure paperwork such as student forms, flight forms, flight cancellations, logs, etc. are properly completed to maintain accuracy
