- Own and optimize deposit policies and procedures to improve internal stakeholder and customer experience
- Develop and manage internal communications & process
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and factual accuracy including managing product programs and deposits documentation (terms and conditions, application forms, letters, emails)
- Customer Insight – be knowledgeable on customer needs in the affluent space, including information / education required to fill customer knowledge gaps on product benefits; acquire intelligence and share findings through research, surveys; be proficient in buyer profiles, how they buy and their buying criteria in the affluent space
- Banking Experience – strong understanding of banking industry & ideally worked within Citibank to enable understanding of organizational structure, product & services
- Credit Card Experience – familiar with credit card products and services, and articulate CVP. Possess high-level understanding of credit card P&L dynamics; with understanding of the regulatory trends emerging in the current landscape
- Experience working with Issuers/ product providers and Branch sales channels
- Working experience, in a financial institution with relevant experience in covering Bancassurance products and marketing as well as working with Branch sales channels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate across various stakeholders
- Team oriented and ability to work under pressure and dynamic environment and stay organized
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, VBA and Access
- Experience within a brokerage firm or bank providing securities based and margin loans is desired
- Quickly learn and understand the suite of Banking and Lending products and interconnections
- Identify and manage risks and issues to resolution
