- Serves as a trusted technology advisor to customers and serves as an internal resource on technical issues or specific business applications within an assigned market segment
- Frequent travel to different regions around the globe is part of the remit
- Provide strategic solutions support for sales teams
- Identify, develop, update and implement standards and procedures
- Work with resources in the CIO, CTO, CMO and CSO organizations on system infrastructure problems, technical concerns, and financial issues
- Own and develop the long term Infrastructure Technology roadmap for the customer
- Own and develop relationship with the key technology decision maker and/or chief architect within the customer’s organization
- Work with in-country presales team to ensure consistency and adherence to the global architecture agreed and signed off with the customer
