- Professional experience in data center structured cabling design, specifically fiber
- Create trustful relationships
- Proven experience of translating customer needs into relevant solutions working with both qualitative and quantitative research in the development process
- Prior leadership experience of inspiring and coaching a small team
- Demonstrated high skill level & experience in industrial design
- Experience from graphical pack design from an international brand
- Relevant software knowledge (e.g. Adobe suite, MS Office)
- Familiar in working with external agencies and suppliers
- Preferably international experience and exposure
- Build and evolve methodologies, nurture the maturity of the design & innovation capabilities
- Training and certifications in Network Cabling and Telecommunications standards including IEEE/ANSI/TIA/EIA and BICSI are strongly desired
- Experiences working with local, state, domestic and international construction build codes and health & safety requirements including ISO, OSHA, ITIL, NFPA and C7 (Low Voltage Systems) Licensing
- Possess strong planning and scheduling knowledge
- Develop SOW’s, project plans and collaborates with leadership to specify goals, schedule tasks, identify risks, develop contingency plans, and allocate resources
- MSc in interaction design or Computer science with courses in interaction design or similar fields
- Experience working with development of digital services and hardware products in a system solution context within larger brand driven businesses
- An international mind-set with experience working in multi-cultural teams

- Enquiring mind with an understanding of innovation, branded design and guest experience and the challenges involved in implementing successful change within IHG’s business model
- Software skills in CAD software, both 2D and 3D. Experience with RhinoCad particularly beneficial
