- Finance leader to J&J External Manufacturing cross-sector category team – ensuring financial influence in all strategies and monitoring of key dashboard metrics; ensure finance resource support assigned across COE to key initiatives for action and partner with other key business and finance leaders to collaboratively complete all analysis
- Key leader to contract management support. Actively contribute as financial lead in contractual negotiations directly or through finance team members, while partnering with business partners (e.g. legal, procurement, etc.) to negotiate new/renewed Supplier Agreements for suppliers; includes managing annual audit review requirements
- Champion Source Finance COE playbook adoption and maintenance across all five segments on key initiatives; engage external manufacturing finance COE resources to promote collaboration, best practice and knowledge sharing across the COE and Supply Chain segments
- Manage a team of 6 with 2 direct reports. Global team members in two major geographies – Raritan, NJ and Zug, Switzerland. Real-time coaching and development of team members, championing a culture of: diversity (including diversity of thought), performance management and skill-set development
- Strong framing and communication skills with experience presenting to various levels of senior management is required
- Global Pricing analytics to understand financial impact of inflation, price rate, etc
- Partner with other finance leaders to drive standardization efforts across the SC Segments
