- Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation of authorizations, care management, concurrent review and discharge planning. Enters information in HCIC’s Utilization system in an accurate and timely manner
- Prioritize and effectively handle multiple projects
- Clearly and effectively communicate, negotiate and advocate both verbally and in writing
