- Work closely with the Associate Director in preparing RA training materials for On-Campus Housing at the beginning of each semester
- Communicate to various contacts throughout Homewood campus for yearly updates in the Living at Hopkins Guidebook and Community Living Calendar Make edits as necessary and upload updated copies to the Community Living website
- Cross-train for various offices within the Community Living including mailroom, off-campus, residential life, dining programs, and housing facilities

- Develop and manage the housing community of approximately 150 international students
- Participate in on-call rotation with the Housing Manager
- Supervise a team of Resident Advisors and Student Engagement Assistants that implements events, programs and services needed to create an inclusive environment that reflects the mission and goals of the housing department
- Manage student conduct processes for the housing community, including meeting with individual students regarding first and second tier policy and code of conduct violations
- Ensure the quality work of the vendors servicing the facility through meetings, training, evaluation, ongoing supervision, and consistent communication
