- Assist in transfer of parts between OEM and vendor locations to the customer facility
- Review reports from operating activities for supply deficiencies and assist inventory management in procurement of necessary parts and materials
- Independently responsible for accurate release and maintenance of new and exclusive item attributes (product descriptions, dimensions, weights, account numbers, legally required safety warnings, licenses, barcode, customer and retail pricing, country of origin, distribution information, etc.)
- Provide e-commerce retailers with additional image and text requirements
- Identify new opportunities to improve data syndication tasks
- Problem solve and troubleshoot all system related issues and the interactions with various stakeholders and disciplines. Identify root cause and corrective actions
- Drive or actively participate in Agile teams to facilitate the improvement of internal and external IT tools to support the data syndication needs of retailers
