Responsibilities For Associate Manager, Data Management Resume
- Support team members in coordination and communication with clinical study teams; provide consultation to data managers in study decisions
- Implements and oversees processes and coordinates activities in conjunction with the study team and Team Leader. Proposes solutions for data management issues that arise during the conduct of a study
- Support Team Leader to optimize resource allocation
- Work on operation excellence proposals
- Oversee all data management activities, database cleaning and lock activities including developing data management plans, supervising database development and reviewing and processing clinical trial data to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency of clinical trials databases
- Work with the CRO and coordinate activities for the medical review of coding data and approval of adverse events, medical history, concomitant and protocol-related medications
- Educate study team members by preparing and distributing study related reports, resolving questions and providing DM guidance
- Lead interactions between Halozyme and outside vendors (e.g. clinical local or central laboratories) on the collection, transmittal and transfer of study specific vendor data
