- Updates status of pending candidates; coordinating between facility contacts, Recruitment and Associate Vendors
- Communicate client needs to AMN internal partners (i.e. Recruitment, Quality Services, Clinical Managers, etc.). Collaborate on any staffing challenges
- Educates clients and associate vendors, and considers their input, for best practices for technology implementation and utilization; to improve efficiencies and work flow as a result. Provide training to clients and AVs on any technology changes
- Conducts and designs Order Alerts for hard to fill or priority orders
- Communicate with facility client contacts, Recruitment department, and/or Regional Manager to overcome challenges and offer strategic solutions related to fill order (i.e. details, file flow, or package)
