- Revise and maintain the Krannert Center writing and voice style guide; answer questions from all staff related to style and usage
- Supervise graduate assistants, interns, and other colleagues such as freelance editors if needed and manage the hiring process
- Coordinates the creation of b-roll and other visual story-telling tools
- Support the Mission, Vision, Values and Guiding Principles of Facilities & Services
- Develop media content to be used on a variety of social and web-based platforms, to include photos, images, text, and tagging
- Manage Twitter analytics and reporting; strategize adjustments in response to data
- Manage Facebook audience insights for more accurate audience targeting
- Ensure that content follows Krannert Center and University of Illinois standards
