- Trainer need to provide one-on-one for new agents not making progress in the phone blitz
- Responsible for running a weekly product refresher once a week (similar to BAM refresher)
- Deliver product refresher materials and finalize the topics with SM
- Discuss with SM to determine which topics could help the location most
- Conduct role-play of the skill build already in SBW at the product refresher session in the morning meeting
- Responsible to assist SM in preparing and running local event and activities (client seminar, recruitment seminar, workshop, quarterly review, big agency meeting, promotion ceremony, etc.)
