- Reports to QA Test Manager or QA Test Lead Engineer
- Review quality of completed tests , based on Quality Testing standards and the nature of the alerts
- Provide feedback to QT Reviewers on accuracy and quality of the analysis performed
- Participate in the creation of high level business initiatives and metric reporting, providing analysis/summary reporting and/or performance (trend) analysis to Senior QT and Line Operations Management

- Sign off on products prior to shipment and assume sense of accountability
- Responsible for conducting the QT team’s annual performance reviews as well as addressing performance issues
- Quality Tester/Reviewer for a range of areas as per the GFCC O&C’s Plan for 2015-16 to ensure effective supervision over GFCC activities. These include
- Prior experience in the Financial Services industry (3-5) years
- Own day-to-day project management and delivery of entire engagement and impactful recommendations and provide coaching to client teams as they implement recommendations
- Scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify potential bottom-line financial impact
- Lead teams to develop workplans to test / evaluate strategies and insights which could span process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy efforts
- Performs standard tests on assigned product line production batches and on some incoming raw materials as needed, ensuring the meeting of PolyOne and the customer’s specifications
- Actively seek to reduce redundant and unnecessary testing
