- Lead purchasing agent team to develop and implement procurement strategies for tail spend that delivers year over year improvement in value to the business by improving quality & service, reducing risk and total cost of ownership, and improving working capital
- Build organizational capability through recruitment, development and retention of top talent. Key activities include robust performance reviews, clear annual objectives, creating a culture of accountability, and a focus on excellence
- Represent Procurement on ERP (SAP) system teams and initiatives, and provide training as needed to procure-to-pay teams, such as purchase requestors, creators, and approvers to ensure maximum utilization of Procurement automation technology / systems
- Provide support and enable team development opportunities that improve skills, tools and information to fulfill requirements
- Experience in a functional area routinely applying knowledge of theories, methods, techniques, and processes
- Excellent oral and written English and advanced Spanish
