- Assist in implementing standard processes and guidelines across EI for managing Internal Audit (IA) Issues, Self-Identified Issues (SII), and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and ensure compliance with the Global Issue Management and Corrective Action Plan Directive
- Provide a systematic approach for reporting and apprising EI senior management, EO&T Risk Management, and EI Risk Management teams of issue metrics and statuses
- Work with iCAPS Support team to ensure EI business requirements are being captured in future releases of iCAPs
- Research, develop and prepare communications, metrics, scorecards, presentations and other reports for Senior Management as needed
- Perform ad hoc risk analytics to identify themes / improvement opportunities and provide practical recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of the control environment
