- Experience with building global high-performance, multi-threaded client-server Java-based systems
- Follow industry and JPMC standards and trends
- Ongoing Operational Risk Management as it relates Technology covering Enterprise, Digital, Security and Workplace functions, including execution and monitoring of risk management practices, operational issues and control breakdowns
- Managing and creating reports and via review ensuring the highest quality deliverables prior to Senior Manager’s / Director’s review
- Work with key stakeholders to evaluate policy exception requests and prepare for senior management review. LI-CF2
- Provide team and department management with an independent view of the risks pertaining to the Firm’s systems and information based on the risks assessment control assurance activities
- Perform oversight of Technology performance unit risk activities, including: risk profile, control environment, significant operational risk events, high risk changes, etc.
- Preferably, 2+ years’ experience at the intersection of several of these
- Create (and maintain) a consolidated view of key partners’ strategic roadmaps and business plans to proactively identify opportunities for risk technology innovation
- Experience with large scale software delivery and/or Agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations and transforming organizations to Agile framework
- Proven success and experience as Scrum Master and Agile coach in a fast tech environment
- Business-Spanish proficiency is extremely desirable; and
