- Prepare thermal performance testing procedures to demonstrate compliance with contractual performance guarantees which follow the requirements of ASME PTC-22 or ISO 2314 including uncertainty analysis. This includes calculation of GT performance and preparation of performance correction curves
- Maintain turbine history (inspections/reports, outages, specific problems, etc.)
- Participate in and/or lead teams that focus on specific problem areas or needs (i.e. Root Cause Analysis)
- Be proactive in problem recognition, using independent experience and judgment to provide solution options
- Direct and perform routine unit/equipment performance monitoring, testing and make recommendations based on the data collected
- Oversee Predictive Maintenance (Pdm) Program in support of unit characteristics and continued operation
