- Work with accounting/AP when finance company cancellations/reinstatements occur
- Follow up with facultative markets for certs/endorsements
- Organize, track and log all incoming files into department database
- Interact with Operations and Production staff to give status updates on files submitted to Underwriting
- Generate reports detailing Underwriting turnaround time and productivity numbers
- Coordinate with other Underwriting Assistants to balance work load between the 2 Underwriting locations
