  • Oversees day to day compliance activities of the IT Supplier Partner(s) personnel with Vanguard policies and operating practices. Works with HR, Legal and relevant teams to provide input to define these
  • Coordinates day to day oversight by other Vanguard finance and risk groups such as Procurement, Corporate Financial Services, Information Security, IT Security Office, Business Access Management, and Business Continuity Planning
  • Functions as a single point of contact for Vanguard IT’s Staff Augmentation Program for managing and constantly improving Supplier Partner support requirements
  • Lead tactical level governance forums with senior IT leadership to oversee portfolio level Supplier Partner performance and track remediation and improvement opportunities as needed
  • General Maintain information in the vendor management system Manage the archive and cataloging processes for all VMO documents Assist the team in the collection and analysis of vendor information
  • Collaborate with the BUs and prospective vendors to fully understand the products and/or services being provided to appropriately assess vendor risk ratings and criticality

Responsibilities For Clinical Vendor Relationship Manager Resume

  • Review and process contract renewals and terminations
  • Guide the BUs in Request for Proposal (RFP) development, submission and collection
  • Ensure critical issues with vendors, processes and contracts are identified quickly and escalated appropriately
  • Support and become expert in Conga Novatus, the Caliber contract management system of record, for cataloguing and tracking all vendor contracts, SLAs, terms and conditions and other pertinent vendor details
  • Establish positive and productive relationships with all Caliber BUs and other departmental contributors
  • Monitor vendor performance by working with the BUs to create and oversee monthly scorecard reports that accurately track the vendors specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as assigned
  • Assist with the annual risk assessments and performance monitoring for all existing vendor relationships and provide guidance to BUs on risks and controls gaps and document results
