- Serve as the department liaison of the Ohio Valley Conference Digital Network (OVCDN). Provide support for football and basketball broadcasts produced by the APSU Mass Communications Department. Oversee OVCDN streaming broadcasts for other sports within the department including baseball, softball, volleyball and women’s soccer and other department events
- Providing first and second tier technical support to clients using video and web conferencing technologies (including software clients like Zoom, Cisco Meeting App, and Jabber, and hardware clients like Polycom, Lifesize, etc.)

- Coach and mentor 1st and 2nd level support team members, collaborate on processes/procedures, and assist in developing and implementing training materials for fellow team members
- Developing and refining The Orchard’s Multi Channel Network (MCN) strategy, with a focus on client acquisition & retention, audience development, and growth, particularly in international markets
