- Work as a partner with all business leaders, FP&A, M&A, corporate development, and strategy to ensure high communication of tax implications for business strategies and processes. Assist in the implementation of any operational changes needed to optimize tax planning
- Estimate/forecast annual cash taxes
- Optimize the company's tax position in adherence with all federal, state, local, and international tax laws. Contribute to overall success of the company through strategic tax planning. Monitor business plans against applicable tax laws
- Proactively review the company’s structure and operations to determine what changes can be made to save domestic and international tax
