- Work closely with development team to ensure the specifications are met as per agreement with business
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of applications and data validation for reporting changes prior to deployment
- Provide support to global end-user Staffing community and design and facilitate user training as required
- Manage and implement application configurations and/or administrative setup configurations as required
- Work with Staffing functional stakeholders to prioritize, document, and test enhancements
- Work with division information security to deploy division driven strategy and initiatives throughout OFC’s cable locations
- Institute division IS policies which complement corporate policies and guidelines
- Ensuring all resources are onboarded in compliance with Citi’s due diligence process and done so within 3 days, including clearance and authorization to start
