- Assists in the coordination of patient services, including but not limited to specialty referrals, hospital and SNF coordination, durable medical equipment and home health care
- Experience with MS Office Outlook and Word
- Understanding of various data sources including Service Fund, EDW, claims data, etc..
- Provide hands-on management of all billing programs, systems, processes and third-party vendors to ensure accurate, timely and well-controlled activities related to billing, collections, claims submission, and support
- Develop detailed controls and processes for end-to-end claims submission and billing/collection activities
- Work with Care Delivery personnel on issue resolution and EMR deployment
- Participate in variance projects surrounding Medicare Advantage payment initiatives and CMS payment models
- Utilize database tools (SQL Server, SAS, PL/SQL Developer) to extract data and manipulate large, complex datasets from various sources
- Assist in the development of monthly reporting to support all of the Care Delivery Segment
- Apply statistical concepts to data so that findings would hold up to independent peer review
- Produce reports utilizing MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL Server/SAS
- Interpersonal skills necessary to interact successfully with a wide range
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Web-based and project management tools
