  • Ensure satisfaction by communicating with the members and /or clients throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions or special requests; assisting banquet staff throughout the event as needed (refilling drinks, delivering food, bussing tables, etc.); and following up with the host at the conclusion of event
  • Hires, supervises, schedules and develops bartender, host/hostess, servers and other employees in the F&B service personnel department
  • Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws
  • Strong knowledge of front of the house operations including foods, beverages, staff supervision, service techniques and improving guest experience by listening to, understanding and meeting their needs
  • Organizes and conducts pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, house counts, etc
