- Follows cleaning schedule for all equipment and ensures equipment is in proper working order. Reports any equipment repairs immediately to the Food Service Manager
- Completes production and temperatures records for foods: Ensure that all records are correct and completed for each meal. Ensures temperatures are logged for each food item before leaving the main kitchen and proper temperatures are met and maintained
- Prepares schedules, supervises, and trains food service resident workers
- Adheres to the infection control policy
- Is sensitive to cultural diversity issues, treats residents as an individual, and considers the culture of the resident when providing care and treatment
