  • Insure quality support for commercialized products and evaluation samples
  • Ensure/ provide the right level of technical and application support during customer qualifications and also support account managers on product presentations and technical discussions
  • Work with the Advance Deposition Business Unit and account managers to identify, develop, and prioritize the opportunities using Entegris’ value selling process to lead discovery and advocating phases of the selling process
  • Maintain customer installed CVD, ALD, and metallization tools and Entegris product database(s)
  • Participate in regular business review meetings with the ADM leadership team and represent the region / platform in both local and global opportunity reviews
  • Drive, participate and advise technical oriented customer roadmap discussions
  • Work with other functional teams such as Account Managers, Supply Chain, CTO< Quality, and Product Marketing etc. to support customers’ requirements and operations
