- Identify and resolve all SPV, facility, and balance sheet variances. Escalate all issues in a timely manner
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing funds for each facility and related DDA account
- Identify and post manual cash adjustments in Quantum for each Conduit Facility and ACBS for each Balance Sheet Facility
- Prepare monthly invoices of program fees and accrued commercial paper interest to sellers
- Maintain filing system for commercial paper trade confirmations, wires, invoices, statements and other documents
- Prepare daily and monthly MI utilized by Front Office, Product Control, ASG management, and Barclays counterparties
- Set up new counterparties in firms KYC and Client Static databases
