- Maintain appropriate staffing of the order entry and triage area and coordinate with all pharmacy staff to ensure that all daily time requirements are met or exceeded
- Assist in preparing order entry and triage technician work schedules
- Provide employees with timely and constructive feedback helping to develop employees to their full potential and providing challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth
- Oversee pharmacy technicians working in function levels 1 and 2 using the proper procedure to complete all daily assignments
- Work with senior technicians to oversee the daily production of assigned function including returns, and/or packaging, and/or picking and or staging and/or triaging and/or medical records
