- Collaborate with designers, product managers and editorial teams to apply, quality-check, and evaluate learning sciences research
- Conduct ethnographic and qualitative research to support / complement learning sciences research
- Set strategies and directions and plan framework for the training program provided annually for all channels and fields
- Synthesize academic literature into principles, frameworks, and models that can be applied directly to product design and implementation
- Collaborate with data scientists to evaluate customer usage of specific research-based elements to improve and iterate product design
- Contribute to thought leadership, internal communications, and external communications
- Contribute to other research functions as needed
- Localize Global program provided annually and direct local execution of the program
- Analyse and digest training needs for retail & wholesale training execution by consolidating various needs from different levels to ensure targeted training programs to be well implemented
