Responsibilities For Marketing Research / Activation Team Member Resume

  • Responding to periodic requests for historical and/or custom data pulls
  • Manage the market insights, new joiners and leavers continuous market research surveys from end to end including capture of requirements, research design, implementation, delivery, interpretation, insight and recommendations in partnership with the relevant research agencies
  • Continuously improve the content and presentation of the surveys to meet Virgin Media’s insight needs
  • Use the appropriate way whether calls or E-mails to reach the customers and survey their opinion about Orange products, features and services
  • Maintain accurate responses for the surveys and report it on daily basis
  • Build a good image and high reputation for Orange customers through understanding the customers’ needs and concerns along with transforming the information in a clear and professional way
  • Follow project specifications and extra tasks assigned including the Data Entry of the successful surveys achieved to be prepared for the analysis phase
