- Provides weekly and PRN updates to the charge nurse of a resident’s ability to take medications, i.e., the need for crushing or extra fluids
- It is the job of the Medication Aide to administer oral and external medications to residents under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or a licensed practical/vocational nurse
