- Leads, organizes and resolves extremely difficult cross functional problems to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers including production line, operation field, and flight tests by troubleshooting complex operational anomalies, production assembly or functional tests or in service incidents
- Assures cost, time effective, creative solutions and disposition of issues to assure customer satisfaction
- Work as part of a cross-functional team to develop new algorithms and software implementations in the area of medical navigation and user interface design
- Prototype and iterate on these designs, develop tests, and deliver production ready code
