- Conducts administrative audits for the OM to ensure required reports are submitted by Field Managers by due date, e.g. Delivery Orders Reports, Spot Reviews, etc
- Coordinates and conducts internal audits for the OM as required, e.g. employee emergency contact information, Deltek issues, Workday, HR, etc. and participates in company-wide administrative efforts
- Tracks Operational reports on the company’s internal drive
- Assist with Secondary Interviews for different programs as required
- Provides back-up support to the Resource Coordinator and the Title III Technical Leads as needed
- Two to three years’ government contracting, administrative and customer service experience
- Willing to be subjected to a government security investigation and able to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- In conjunction with the Operations Director and other Operations leaders, monitor and maintain Quality Assurance and Control in Korea
