- Respond to audit methodology process execution “HOW TO” calls and escalate assistance requests to Internal Audit Quality Assurance/Audit Methodology team as necessary. Document, track and perform trend analysis on End-Users support calls to identify opportunities for process and or system improvements
- Define, develop and execution AIMS system data extraction utilities for purposes of identifying, quantifying and validating data quality and data anomalies across the suite of Internal Audit process management system. Assist and collaborate IA Operations Management Reporting team in developing and quality testing existing and new internal and external management and process exception reports
- Take a lead role in the development and delivery of audit business application technical and workflow process training sessions including the preparation of user instructional guide documentation and hands- on end user training sessions
