- Partner with LatAm ORM MCA Program Management Head to drive Global and Regional MCA initiatives towards the overall improvement of the MCA Program execution in LatAm and Mexico
- Analyse MCA results to qualify and quantify the effectiveness of the MCA Program, including trends in control issues and emerging risks. Coordinate corrective actions and proper escalation of significant issues to the appropriate BRCC
- Execute/Coordinate the MCA Annual (ARA) and the Quarterly Risk Assessments for the ORM LatAm ex Mex function
- Leverage team meetings and 1on1s to establish expectations and maintain engagement with program and project managers
