- Conduct training sessions on proposal development for faculty and staff based on the best practices and proven success rates. Customize proposal development strategies to address internally funded and externally funded research needs
- In collaboration with Principal Investigators and ACES communications and marketing, develop white papers, documents, PowerPoint presentations, feasibility studies and brochures that outline the research vision, accomplishments, and strategies of ACES research, whether funded internally or externally
- Monitor funding activities and analyze award statistics to demonstrate returns on research investments. Develop outreach materials to communicate the impacts of internally and externally funded research efforts of the college
- Determine priorities, budgets, and resource allocation
- Supervisory experience of technical staff
- Significant experience in CAPA investigations and product support to be able to provide guidance and feedback to the teams responsible for these areas
