  • Serves as the main point of contact for the Residential Operations office by responding to telephone, walk-in and email inquiries from students, parents, employees, vendors and others. Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communicating solutions
  • Serves as Residential Operations point person for several systems including, but not limited to, Lenel, EMS, StarRez, and IRA
  • Grants Lenel access for Residential Operations building inventory to staff, students, and contractors. Schedules unlocks. Works with the Access Control Shop to set up unlocks for special events. On a yearly bases confirms various access levels are correct and maintains inventory of access control cards
  • Works closely with Residential Education staff in regards to residence hall student damage and violations. Keeps termly database of damage costs, notifies Residential Education staff of incidents, submits damage/violation information into Maxient and processes billing
  • Is the liaison with the Undergraduate Housing Office in regards to special requests and policy questions
