- Working with Legg Mason regional Sales Directors to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy (including sales objectives and marketing strategies) for each alliance partner firm
- Conducting meetings with, and provide marketing and seminar support for, alliance marketing specialists and financial consultants to sell Legg Mason products within alliance platforms
- Organizing and representing Legg Mason at all retirement plan specific functions of a national and/or regional scope, including national conferences, training sessions, due diligence meetings, etc
- Effectively managing a promotions and entertainment budget to influence territory sales
