- Assists with any special procedures and or difficult patient issues as needed
- Serves as a resource to less experienced clinician, responding to routine care questions via rounding, vocera or pager
- Assists with transport of critical patients from ED or Critical Care
- Changes in patient’s physiological and behavioral status are recognized, documented as they occur
- Provides patient care with consideration of professional ethics. Utilizes hospital ethics’ policies appropriately
