- Knowledge of civil and criminal procedures in order to properly direct complainants and make correct determinations concerning the Department’s jurisdiction in a matter
- Serious sustained misconduct; and/or
- Work corroboratively with health care agency personnel, government regulatory agency personnel, and law enforcement personnel at the local, state and federal levels
- Create and foster an environment conducive to productivity and teamwork
