- Risk and Control - Ensures that agreed control processes and procedures are implemented to identify and mitigate risks in his/her area of responsibility
- Participates int the COB planning and implementation for the unit for an effective back-up system w/in the group
- Ensure the responsible controls for Account Opening & Maintenance are followed and strictly enforced
- Receive and process customer requests from Branches and internal channels
- Download and process payments, financial transactions from internal reporting systems
- Review Account Opening documents received to ensure receipt of all required information and that they are appropriately authorised
- Validate required information updated in the system to establish the customer and their accounts has been completed correctly
- Receive and check all Account Opening requests within the agreed SLA
- Process customer instructions of trade settlements & Corporate Actions
- Process customer instructions related to Investment & Insurance operations
