- The ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with client project managers and technical specialists, with exposure to coordinating and reporting of regular engineering/design meetings, design workshops and presentations
- Experience in develop and schedule the work plan for all engineering/design activities and coordinate all technical documentation, reporting and designs produced by engineers for senior review
- Development and staffing of the design team including management of resource levels to meet the needs of the project as well as monitoring and implementation of the engineering system including cross-discipline coordination
- Proficient in 1D/2D hydrologic and hydraulic modeling including HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite, GIS and/or AutoCAD, GEO-HMS/RAS
