- Execution – prepare credit requests outlining the transaction, its rational, key risks and risk mitigating factors etc. Drive internal decision making and credit approval process, legal documentation, reflecting risk/exposure limits in internal systems, operationalizing any bespoke arrangements etc
- In depth knowledge of Citi’s proprietary Debt Rating Model (DRM) to assign risk ratings to commercial credit exposures and Citi’s Risk Rating Scorecards – used to determine Risk of individual obligors with specialized industries is required
- Expertise in CAT, Citi’s proprietary system used to input financial data to determine financial ratios and prepare financial projections and FRR Calculator, Citi’s proprietary tool to determine Facility Risk Rating based on LGD of collaterals and CRI, Citi’s proprietary workflow and credit file documentation system
- At least six years’ experience performing credit analysis, including financial and business profile analysis, of Hedge Fund or Mutual Fund companies
