- Applies basic networking principles to resolve medical system communication issues including, but limited to, node to server failures
- Provides mentoring and technical training to peers and BESS at developmental levels
- Responsible for monitoring system backups, file integrity, ensuring network connectivity between systems, servers, databases, and the electronic medical record
- Functions as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and keeps appropriate certification levels
- Maintains functional knowledge of relevant safety codes and standards of regulatory bodies (i.e. TJC, NFPA, FDA, etc.)
