- Leverage expertise to coordinate mobility due-diligence processes with internal stakeholders (corporate tax, HR, payroll, export control) and third-party vendors (immigration, tax), including cost projection calculations, tax impact assessment and compliance requirements analysis
- Manage US immigration, relocation and tax vendor relationships to ensure highest standards of quality and timeliness
- Manage US International payroll and tax compliance process, including liaison with external tax and relocation vendors for wage and tax calculations/gross-ups and payroll upload
- Ensure tracking and analysis mechanism for frequent international business traveler activity to the US
- Ensure up-to-date management of international assignee database regarding employee data and key assignment and immigration dates, and other relevant data

- Manage quarterly review and tax program for Commuters and frequent business travelers to Canada and Mexico
- Provide guidance on North America requirements and compliance to other Mobility and HR team members in Europe, Asia, and Latin America regions
