- Draft preliminary communications to US and Foreign Government agencies regarding import and export compliance as required
- Prepare periodic compliance reports for compliance reviews. Compile and prepare global trade key performance indicators (KPIs) to be shared with senior management
- Modify Global Trade Compliance processes and procedures as necessary to ensure compliance, under direction of the Manager Global Trade Compliance
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of global Customs and FDA / global health regulatory agencies, import requirements, Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) procedures as well as associated documentary requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and presentation skills. Communicates effectively and interacts professionally with customers, co-workers and management
